I've worked at several companies over almost 40 years and this is the best company I've ever worked for.

Workday is the best company I've worked for in my 4-decades career, and I've worked at one other very large company (a competitor) that was also pretty good, but Workday is better. It's a happier, more positive, and more fun place. All the managers I've had experience with here have been terrific.

Working with great people on great products.

Everyone is respectful, professional, competent, friendly, and helpful

Workday has the most inclusive and welcoming culture of any company I've worked for.

They/we are very professional, easy to get along with, and we all seem to care about the work we do.

unlike at some of my previous companies, everyone seems to care about helping out others, and doing a high-quality job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they frequently refer to our core values, they motivate us, they seem like good people (not sneaky, for example)

The positive work culture, the fact that everyone "plays nice" as I wrote before, the collaborative nature of our work, excellent communication throughout all levels.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"Culture" is the #1 reason I came to Workday and I continue to be impressed with how great our culture is. It's extremely welcoming, supportive, friendly. At all levels.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to understand the challenges Workday faces and seem to be convinced that the plan we have will be a winning one. I like the emphasis on moving fast.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company has the best culture I've experienced in 35 years (all but 3 outside of Workday). It is very encouraging, inclusive, diverse, collaborative, and not overly hierarchical. Everyone's voice is heard. No-one's opinions are belittled or diminished for any reason. Everyone "plays nice".
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the culture, I enjoy working on and using the Workday product, I like learning new things, which is almost every day, I like how well our internal processes work, I like the snacks and flavoured water dispensers, the pleasant office environment (and views).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get a fair salary and bonus, but the RSUs are something my previous employers didn't offer. I like that owning stock makes us think a little bit more like shareholders, not just employees. i.e. we are all part-owners of Workday, and as owners, we should be more motivated to make Workday successful
