Too many responsibilities for too little money. I live in a country where you are allowed to have max 8 hrs overtime a week, and I can see people take more and more, noone is alarmed that it's too many (its legal when employee decides they wany to work more than 48 hrs a week). What counts is $

Too many steps (the process is too long - 5/6 interviews)

Laid back atmosphere. They are trying their best to bring people together

Communication skills! Many of my colleagues don't know how to talk to one another
