Used to be great. Has been a steady decrease for the last year. Now have become disallusioned and less invested in the company because I'm constantly worried about losing my job. Why should I care about Workday when Workday sees me as a disposable number.

Annual stock refresh to keep us invested in the performance of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The days I feel I make a difference. That is unfortunately usually stomped out with buraucracy and bad news.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop pretending everything is normal and that people are our "core value" while eliminiating positions, laying off staff, outsourcing, and cutting things for employees. Just be up front with us, things are bad, Workday is struggling, our stock is floundering and we need to adjust to the marketplace.
