Started great when we had prior leadership in Federal. People who valued employees and worked collabortively. Now theres a secret regime that doesnt interact with employees who were here before them. Its made for a poor work environment.

Federal is a mess with the new leadership. The culture is being destroyed. Executive leadership in Pleasanton doesnt seem to recognize the issues. We have a toxic leader!
