I am in my first year at Workday and have been very impressed with the culture, and the focus on the customer. We are expected to deliver results, but there is autonomy to figure out how to do that. The work is challenging in a good way, and the people are great.

We are expected to deliver results, but it still feels relaxed and collaborative.

I get to do meaningful work that has a purpose, and am trusted to make decisions about how best to accomplish goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is fair when compared to the overall market. I really appreciate that bonus is paid out twice per year instead of only once. It's a nice extra motivator.
