Excellent organization that is not afraid to try new approaches both internally and externally. Only dissatisfaction is the self-centered, micromanagement of manager. Would not consider leaving Workday if not for manager.

When my manager is on PTO and I can get work done without micromanagement. Leadership training should have a section on the harm of micromanagement.
