The market drmand has reduced and the type of customer buying is different from when Workday likely started out. The ability to make money is far less.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Customer service. Everyone in sales wants to achieve and exceed the goals set. New processes are welcome to drive effeciency and best practice , but leading with fear is not what drives results. t
