Everyone is ready to support everyone when asked with help and needs, only few have ever denied support but they would even point out to the best options available for it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment where we can be working requires all basic amenities and we should never feel guilty about utilising those amenities. Also, making the common culture to be more employee friendly and not work based on hierarchy is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base pay should be equivalent to the market price across the global locations based on experience, and not only based on region wise market price. It should be on par with my counterparts across regions to have a collaborative work environment.
