Used to be good , the experience is detoriating really fast. Employee retention doesn't really seem the priority anymore.

Most of the cowerkers are nice and approachable

Very friendly and supportive coworkers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation movements are slower than a snail even if you have received great rating and feedback. Compensation is not as per market level.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Only appreciation received is in words not terms of compensation movements or perks or benefits. Too many changes happening in the company which creates anxiety
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lots and lots of changes happening almost every week. Employee concerns are not taken into proper account. Company cutting cost at a huge basis from the services they provide to compensation movements etc. Doesn't feel like employee retention is the priority anymore
