We support each other a lot of my team come from older Workday mindset its really challenging bur we continue ro stay grounded in our core values
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There are a lot of new leaders in the past two years who come with their own agenda. Workday used to be grounded in doing whats best for the company focusing on our employees and customers. Now marketing and talking about work is considered more important than actually executing and doing the work.
