What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that what we're doing is changing the employee experience at workplaces all over the world. they're the best in the industry and yet they also care about our experience in the workplace too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there was a change in titles for new employees going forward but they didn't take people who were below that to the new baseline when they made the announcement. there's a pay difference and it doesn't feel fair. there was only 4 of us and it should have been automatic.
