The company culture is great and genuinely trying to maintain this great culture. The managers in Salt Lake do not reflect this same culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executives are great! Management in Salt Lake has not done a good job of bringing in the Workday culture, specifically in the finance department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees are great and do not get enough recognition. Management seems to get the spotlight for the effort and projects completed by those under them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation for finance in Salt Lake is below the industry. Raises are not frequent and when they are given - they barely keep up with inflation.
