I get to guide and influence my work. I am always finding new things to learn, and I'm given the time to share my learnings with others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Despite it not being a legal requirement in my state, the recruiter did not ask about salary history, just what my current expectations were. They were always flexible, responsive, and encouraging in our conversations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was eligible for the full, paid parental leave immediately after I started. Parental leave is equal for both mothers and fathers. I am encouraged to take all the time I need to be a parent.
