It's a great company to work for. The pay and benefits aren't great, but the people, environment, and culture tend toward fantastic (like anywhere else, there are always exceptions, but they don't seem to last very long).

The focus on having a positive environment that supports everyone.

When a customer recognizes that someone has done something good and provides positive feedback.

There basically was no interview, except "Can you have a conversation with a manager without being a complete jerk?" I had a job offer just based on
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are pretty good about pitching in and doing their jobs. Even the ones who are disgruntled and don't want to be there still manage to make the best of things and have a good time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued mostly because of the lower pay and mediocre benefits. I'd feel a lot better if I made enough money to contribute to my 401-K and get some of that match. Or actually participate in the stock purchase plan. Or had access to decent medical insurance.
