We are a family. We are there for one another and we work with no walls. All of our associates will help in any area of need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am part of the leadership team. My comanagers, store manager and district managers are very understanding. They are great listeners and they help develop anyone willing to learn.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is supportive. They go the extra mile for their fellow coworkers and they always go above expectations with our customers. They take the time to gain the knowledge needed to be successful and come to work ready for anything everyday of the week.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Raises are fair and based on experience level as well as the level of work you put in personally, it's easy to get promoted if you work for it. There are great stock purchasing programs for employees to invest and earn a large secondary compensation as well.
