respect is all over the place. Yet, if your manager dislikes you then you will be chased till you will be fired. No appraisal disccusion or plan for development.

Our manager in NMD UK, I am going to name as he deserves it. He creates such a great environment for team work and you feel heard. This person got rid of a someone who didn't fit the culture of Abbott or any company as a manager. We thank him for believing in the team and doing the right thing.
