What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employees over min-maxing profits. Turnover is high, staffing and workload is terrible. Communication is terrible. The only "good" job that is worth the work is being the actual store manager if you get your bonuses.

The hiring managers ( district managers ) need to hire people who understand the REAL aspect of the job that have a sense of work ethic.

The management team is very good about learning social styles and tailer the message to be most productive to each style.
