The leadership at Allina does not value employees. The environment in the last few years has become, one of smiling hostility. If one questions leadership, almost certainly, an immediate response will be "if you don't like it...leave". Most of us live in a state of fear and confusion and paranoia

Raises are based on number of hours worked instead of yearly steps. I work for another Imaging Company and make more due to being paid by years of experience verses hours worked.

Quit with the lies about covid and vaccines. Its been one endless exercise in ranching for the past year and a half. They are ranchers and we the sheep. Each meeting is designed to send us out to pasture as far as possible and loose us in a salad brained Biden-esque fantasy land. Truth is good!

Employee respect. There is a great deal of window dressing, to make it looks like allina cares about us, but trust me. No one does. I work in a support department, that is completely ignored, unless of course we have overtime, or a mistake is made. Then surely, allina will find any scapegoat.

Have them honor their word. Anything in our contracts they disregard. Change on a dime and never bat an eye. Getting vaccines was never in the contract. Demanding we jab outselves with an experimental substance is horrific. Complete fascist bastards. A play taken right from the Nazi playbook

Crothall management needs to go or fall into step with how allina-managed departments are run. We have lost our right to work varying FTE's and low need. Only housekeeping has these issues.
