Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I asked for a 50 cent raise because i was EXPECTED to do extra work and no one else is. It was denied, so i juss work for what im paid, and i dont do all the extra work no one else would.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication Further an ability of the upper management to understand that when you undervalue and undermine your employees and then set other groups of employees against them, they will not stay. If everyone that can do the job leaves, then nobody can do the job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get away from bottom tiered guests, or at least embrace it. Stop trying to be a high class brand with sub par offerings. Pick a lane and stick to it. If we're going to embrace getting the trashy guests in, go all out. Then I'll at least know its time to leave.
