the people i work with in my store make working here with every minute

David does a great job investing in my future and showing me things that will help me get to the next level
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
AT&T as a company tried very hard to make sure they everyone feels like they belong however that does not always trickle down .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
it feels like our management team in this store has goals to achieve and goals for development. It feels like the stores around us are just working not to get fired
