I wish there were more consistency. Change is OK but never enough follow through. I would also like more interaction with upper management other than my immediate manager.

Nothing other than my team and friends.

We respect each other. We are all very helpful to each other.

They are here. Other than my immediate manager I don't have any interaction with his manager, but I do with others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I earn a good wage. My husband's company supplies our health insurance. I wish we had a better incentive program other than sales.
