What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best! We literally call ourselves "work family." They are always ready to volunteer for activities to help spread our happiness/cheer to the other teams/entire office!
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and my coworkers are what I look forward to every morning! It is funny, after a hectic weekend, I am happy coming in to interact with them. They are a breath of fresh air!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our department is always doing what we can to help out the community. Food drives, Heart Walk fundraisers, Breast Cancer Awareness, Suicide Awareness, Toys for underprivileged children. You name it, we use our resources to help others!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My response is regarding my immediate Supervisor. She goes above and beyond to motivate us and keep us engaged. She tries to keep it fun at every opportunity. The awesome outcome is that our happiness flows over to our calls. We had several team members that scored perfect 5's on our surveys.
