Working together as a team to achieve one goal and that's to all win.

Work with the goal of moving and helping someone who wants to move.Motivate one another push one another encourage one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have had several role changes in same organization and don't feel the pay is adjustable to life expensive. This would include basic everyday living.
