My experience has been an overall positive one. While there are opportunities for color diversity in leadership, the overall culture of the company is welcoming. I've enjoyed learning about this highly competitive industry and growing my skillset.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the lower levels (individual contributors), it is very diverse with people coming from all different walks of life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very laid back. I like that everyone doesn't take the job too seriously and we prioritize doing great work while maintaining personal lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we get an annual company performance bonus. All of us are rewarded when the company does well. It really promotes teamwork and keeps us pushing year round.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they have been candid and transparent about the direction of the company. They are inspiring and have helped simplify things to make it easier for us to do our jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to continue cleaning up departments and removing duplicate work. It's hard to have a sense of purpose when you and someone else literally share the same job. Not to mention, it makes us move slow.
