Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with this company over 20 years and I am just now entering the middle of my pay ban. I have been told I'm an exceptional employee and have received multiple connection awards but my pay does not reflect this. Yet, some of my peers who do not perform are at the top of their pay ban.
