We are always forward thinking. The ideas we use for our team, eventually the rest of our department does too.
What makes you most happy at work?
Engaging with people who have the same mindset that I do. Serving Customers, finding solutions to our issues as efficiently as possible without having a cost.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fairness of the group. I appreciate how many of the employees help one another out. There is no judgement, only encouragement, support and helping one another. When someone on the team succeeds, the whole team succeeds.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, we support one another, we collaborate across job functions to see what we can do to evolve; bring down costs, brind more work into our group, establish connections with our partners in different groups (payroll, Labor, Legal, HRBP, ERM, HRCC, PCC, BU, etc).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how we celebrate different cultures that I would not normally engage with. I love how we acknowledge our service men and women. I really appreciate how we come together to support someone who had a death in the family or the birth of a child.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am allowed to decorate my cubicle the way I like, it makes me happy. I have the resources to do my job effectively. I am positioned in a location that I love. I enjoy the people that I work with. I appreciate the leadership in the team.
