I started in Ma Bell days. When we divested, I remained with the regional baby bell. We were then acquired by SBC & eventually became AT&T again. My prior years were fruitful because AT&T was at the top of its game - which is very different from the ways things are now.

The recent flexibility the company offered in terms of work-life balance and being able to telecommute.

Different areas of the Company most likely have different cultures, so it is impossible for me to speak to the culture of the entire Company. What is the most positive about the HR culture is they provide a safe space where we are free to express our opinions.
