My department is a good place to work. I am not sure that the sentiments that I have within my team are true across the company which makes me reluctant to recommend people work here.

It is sometimes political and sometimes just the best place that i have ever worked. Our message about culture often gets lost in middle management before getting down to us.

Amazingly enough, considering the size of the company, I feel seen and valued for my individual contribution. There is a commitment to tying our work to the service of the communities who depend on our services and products that gives me pride in wearing AT&T logos and colors.

I like how in the past year they have made sure to change the way stuff is communicated to be less stuffy and more personally appropriate for people.,

The fact that we tackle a lot of issues head on when other companies aren't do it - such as our stance on issues like diversity, inclusion, and equality.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I get to do meaningful work and get the tools to do it. I get to use best in class tools to do my job and training to use those tools.

The company's focus on DE&I is incredible and has been before the issue became controversial to even discuss. I have been empowered by my company to be my authentic self, not what they want me to be.
