making good business sense on our future. stop doing re-orgs every 6 months. there is no stability
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I like working with a couple of my team members. Others on the team are not very helpful and do not share
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
taking away 10 vacations as a 30+ year employee and worked to earn those benefits and now they are taken away, Same with taking care of medicate subsidy and other benefits that you have worked so hard and have your heart and soul to a company,
