What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team is transparent. Leaders above are very removed from frontline employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My job allows me to see what others jobs make and for the work i am responsible for a little higher pay would be nice. Additionally, being able to work from home is a huge perk to my compensation. If that is taken away then it eats into my comp because of gas and parking cost.
