I dislike the vacation policy changes that went into affect recently. Specifically taking the extra week of vacation away at 20 years. I am underpaid according to my TSR. In light of all the recent layoffs I am happy to still be employed here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel like I am compensated enough for the job I do. My TSR and high quality of my performance do not jive.
