We've been through a lot of changes, cultural and otherwise. But I think we're on a good, clear course now. There are still ways we can improve things, but that is the natural course of things. Overall, I feel supported by and connected to my coworkers.

the availability of retirement/stock plans. this process is becoming more user-friendly.

They seem to care about working with employees as a team, working together, gathering input
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the best. I work with bright, committed people. And my boss is smart, forward-thinking and fun to work with. She's a big reason I like it at the company.
