I feel blessed that we have Team Awards and Individual Performance Incentives. As a team and individual, it creates a winning culture knowing we'll be rewarded for our hard work and dedication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other 1000% and everyone cares about each other beyond the work. It truly feels like a family-owned business. I have 43 years of service and my teams get better each year.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and the people I work with. I love our helping our clients and the partnerships with other business units. Our team takes pride in doing everything they can to help our employee/clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about our people and in my organization our leadership is transparent about what is going on with our company and organization even when it's not the best of news. I feel supported in my role and that I MATTER!
