i have been with the company for over 20 years and hopefully, there are a few more years in the tank. it's been a blast to be a part of this company and impact the number of folks i have impacted. literally thousands have come directly across my desk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
information sharing. support from direct leadership and team members. the willingness to offer extra support outside of work, fitness, financial, emotional support as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
the opportunity to make people happy. i get to hire people. we give them an opportunity for great careers and in many cases, really upgrade their financial status.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the primary team i am on is awesome. everyone is quick to reach out to help, to share, to support. it's a family unit and i can call any of them at any time with any questions and they do the same.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are some challenges with retention and i believe we are so focused on hiring vs. training and development for many of our departments. also, the emphasis is on the newer employee vs. the tenured employee. the co. reduced vaca by 1 wk for folks w/over 20 yrs. they should have grandfathered
What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary, but i love the bonus aspect annually as well. the discounts are also a huge advantage. really miss the $10 dtv discount that was offered. wish we were offered 50% off, like our mobility discount. with so many cutting the cord, this would have helped the numbers. 50% off dtv stream also.
