Family atmosphere. Everyone has each other's back and are always ready to jump in and help when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been here for almost 2 years now and have worked for a few different fairly large companies over the last 10 years. AT&T has by far the best culture, the best attitude, the most team spirit, and outside of the military has been the only place that felt like home.
