It's been a journey over almost 34 years now. Ups and downs with changes in direction from a telcom, to modern media company, back to telcom, but with renewed focus on Purpose. Plenty of opportunity to growth, development, and exploring career opportunities. It's been a great ride.

While reaching the top of your salary range can be an obstacle for base pay increases, supervisors have flexibility with other Connection Awards and one-time payments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity and inclusiveness of employees around the globe. It's great to find out similarities and explore differences that help us all work together better.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a Supervisor who listens and is willing to go to bat for me. It's more than just getting results. It's treating me like a person and that matters.
