Although I've had some ups and downs, my experience at AT&T has been positive overall. I've had the opportunity to be challenged in different roles and make an impact across different business units. Most of my leaders have been very inspiring and supportive. I also enjoy the teams I am on.

My work is making a positive impact on the future of many individuals in this competitive job market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has great synergy and enthusiasm for the work that we do. I wish I could see them more often in person!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I should be earning more based on the current state of the economy, the market I reside in, and the workload.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership is very supportive of my professional development at AT&T. They are open to feedback on my current role. I also feel valued within the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people! I am fortunate to work with a great leader and team. I have stayed with AT&T for 4 or so years now because I feel challenged in a positive way.
