It's almost impossible to ask for a competive adjustment to compesation when there isnt a path to go through to ask about it.
Alinging the companies goals and the pay/ranking is the biggest thing. You want Upgrades and to protect the business but yet you still have new lines of service as the highest ranker. We shouldn't terminate employees for getting new lines either, we are coaches and should be coaching them.
