I am thankful to have been part of this company for over 10 years. I have been promoted and continue to receive recognition and am encouraged regularly. I have gained a wonderful network of individuals and know many people from all over the company that can assist in whatever comes my way.

Everyone is as transparent as they can be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Promoting continued learning. There are so many opportunities to get continued education in the field of your choice.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a job. Knowing a new challenge will present it's self and being able to approach it without many restrictions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone puts up with me. I am a very inquisitive person and i challenge the norm. People dont like to hear "why are you doing it like that?" but i am truly looking for an understanding of their thought process and provoke change if opportunities present.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its not that i feel undervalued, i know the work i am doing is complex and i slid into a role opening that didnt cater to my abilities. I am often advised they are looking into roles and title changes, so at present i am certainly capable of more than the pay would warrant.
