I have been allowed to grow in my skills and knowledge over almost 28 years. I have been compensated well for my work and allowed to work in a positive environment. I cannot imagine the grass being any greener anywhere else. I am grateful and have a lot of pride in my company and career.

For the first time in my career, my leadership team is saying the right things to lead our people and care for them. They are also backing it up with investing in training and things like recognition.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I am allowed to work on my passion which is basically all the time. I know what needs to be done and I am allowed the positive space to do it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are very down to earth and easy to talk to. They need more training and help changing our culture but overall, really good people. They are the best I have ever worked with in my career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
AT&T has been demonstrating a culture of "all people matter" the last 5+ years and that environment is extremely positive to work in. We also strive for a culture that cares for our employees and my particular organization demonstrates that with their actions like investing in training.
