My other assistant, and the relationship we build with our teams. They are the magic that makes the store work with the back bone that my assistant and I provide.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an ASM I feel like I have one of the most demanding positions in the company and feel like we are wildly under compensated for the time and energy we put in to make our stores perform. Even on vacation, how can we disconnect?
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a very select few of my peers that are on the same page where we care for our people before the number, but also have the drive to coach and push our people where they need to be to keep our stores performing.
