Endless rapid cycles of reorgs and surpluses create a low morale. Constantly losing staff and not replacing them is overworking those left behind to brink of their own mental health. The stress of working here is literally killing me.
Losing so much staff naturally creates an unhealthily amount of competition between coworkers. They feel the need to step on others in order to make themselves look better, so they stand a chance at not getting surplus. This is unhealthy and does nothing but create a toxic working environment.
