I am one of the fortunate ones to have landed a lifetime career with AT&T. 26 years ago, I was hired through a Co- Op Program. AT&T has afforded me education to grow my talents, raise a family and the flexibility to become involved in ERG's such as Hacemos, National WOA Board and Women of Color!

My direct leadership team values the part that I play in this environment. I feel heard and cared about in and outside of AT&T.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we empower the world to connect globally! At the end of the day it is all about connections and that is our purpose!

We are technically strong and robust Team filled with Global diversity and Follow the Sun shifts that allows us to learn about cultures from all over the world while providing the best world class Customer support & service!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the ability to use my talents to help connect people globally! Every day I work some of the most talented networking individuals who value what I offer while I value their unique skills as well!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I LOVE the 50 % of Services!! As you know, Families are costly and this has been one of the best perks! I also love that we are rewarded for maintaining a healthy life! I totally bought in to our Castlight and MeQulibrium Programs!
