The company has been good to me, but i'm seeing a lot of my peers with 25-30 years here getting laid off, and it makes me wonder about the direction the company is headed.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the 80-120 compa-ratio keeping everyone closer in range. I feel the compensation is fair. I wish we would go back to IPI vs. the Connection Award.
