I've been with AT&T for 13 1/2 years and don't see myself going anywhere else.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As an SSL for IHX we do A LOT for our team members and although recognition is great it would be nice to get some compensation rewards for our teams' success. i.e., fame points etc.
