My experience so far has been pretty good. I had one issue with one manager that disappointed me but grateful I was able to land another job within the company I was better suited. The latest forced reduction also put a damper on my experience with the organization thus far.

I am happy to do what I enjoy and being challenged to improve upon my craft and learn more.

The team I have been currently moved to seems to be way more experienced in instructional design and passionate about improving their craft.
