Diversity and inclusion, and employee culture are at the forefront of what we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent and has my best interest at heart. Keeps me involved with decisions and asks for my input.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living has gone up, would like it to match the market average on an increase based on the cost of living by area.
