What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to have work/life balance. I'm single mom and knowing that I don't have to stress about my job because my child is sick.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is knowledgeable. They are happy to share their experience and knowledge. The team is very diverse. Come from different backgrounds and every time I speak with someone, I learn something new. I love that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been advised that my compensation is low because I came from a sales background. I believe they pay more to new hires than to employees who have worked their way up the company for many years. I would feel better about my compensation if it was more competitive and paid more.
