I personally think the pay is great and allows me to live comfortably. I'm appreciative and work hard to deserve it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all working towards the same goal, which is to have clear goals and job responsibilities and to exceed all expectations. We all hold a history of successful careers in HR and all want to continue down that path.
What makes you most happy at work?
Partnering with others who know & share in the history of our longtime, ongoing HR transformation. I enjoy working on projects that will ultimately help ERM's, who I feel are considered our front-line employees working on important and sensitive issues with clients every day.
