We all get along and we are just a big family.

I like to look at it as a dysfunctional family. We have our moments but we always have each other's back.
What makes you most happy at work?
If I'm being honest, collecting a paycheck. In some cases, it would be my customers. They are the ones that keep me going.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with AT&T for over 10 years, it's just a bit disappointing that moving from Authorize to Cor, I would start from the beginning. So I start at a minimum wage wage. I would love to reconsider my compensation within the company
